Sally Anne Kuhn was born on Jan. 25, 1935, in Medford, Mass., to Lionel and Sally Hartford. She married John Martin in 1956 and had three children. She settled on Mercer Island in 1966.

In her early 40s, Mrs. Kuhn went to work at American Building Maintenance, where she met and married her second husband and best friend, Gary Kuhn. They enjoyed 17 years of marriage and 11 years of retirement together, with eight grandchildren, Riley, Sarah, Ian, Bethany, Ellie, Justin, Anna and Daniel. Mrs. Kuhn is also survived by her children, Elizabeth Holbrook (Blair), John Martin (Wendy) and Eric Martin (Julie).

Mrs. Kuhn began her journey home to her Lord as a result of kidney failure, with dignity and peace.
