That MICA is too large for the proposed Mercerdale Park site becomes apparent when one visualizes it on a football field. MICA's footprint, approximately 24,000 square feet, and the number of square feet the building will cover, is over half of a football field. It's proposed height of 35 feet is over three stories. This is difficult to imagine at the base of the beautiful Mercerdale hillside that has trails used by many.
