The Mercer Island girls lacrosse team played against Snohomish on Wednesday, April 10, holding off their opponent for a 17-14 win at home.

The Islanders are now 4-2-0 this season.

Against Snohomish, Tyler Sherper scored six goals, while Madison Blackburn had four goals and three ground balls with one caused turnover. Kara Dahlgren added one caused turnover to the game stats. Goalie Andrew Hatsukami made three saves in the match.

The Islanders will play Bellevue East on Tuesday, April 19 in an 8 p.m. home game at Mercer Island High School.
