Mercer Island Lacrosse Club offers curbside Christmas tree pick-up

Following Christmas, Islanders who don't want to hassle with hauling their Christmas tree away, can have players with the Mercer Island Lacrosse Club pick it up.

Following Christmas, Islanders who don’t want to hassle with hauling their Christmas tree away can have players with the Mercer Island Lacrosse Club pick it up.

Players will be available to pick up trees on Dec. 30, Jan. 2 and Jan. 8-9. Make a reservation by calling (206) 232-8775 or e-mailing laxtreepickup@hotmail.com.

All trees must be free of ornaments, and taken to the curb. The club suggests attaching a Ziploc bag with a donation of $20 per tree.

The tree pick up is the lacrosse club’s largest annual fundraiser.
