MIHS athletes sign national letters of intent

Twenty-four Mercer Island High School (MIHS) seniors signed national letters of intent on the afternoon of June 4 to play collegiate and university sports next year in a ceremony in the high school commons.

“Congratulations to all our talented athletes who are signing to compete in intercollegiate athletics,” said MIHS Athletic Director Lindsey Blaine. “Your dedication, hard work and passion have brought you to this exciting moment. We are incredibly proud of your achievements and cannot wait to see you shine at the next level. Best of luck on this new chapter of your athletic journey.”

The combined grade-point average of the female athletes is 3.81 and the combined grade-point average of the male athletes is 3.64.
